Depthfinder, bait and Fuel are supplied at no charge, no matter how much you may need for the week. Supplied bait is worms(Nightcrawlers), cottage price, Boat and Motor rental, Digital Depthfinder, and the price of a non-resident 14-day married couple fishing license makes up the cost of this package. If you would like the pontoon instead of a 14' boat and motor, add $250/week or $130 for 3 day package prices. All-inclusive packages are limited by boat and motor availability. If you have different licensing requirements, we will substitute a $41.50 store credit.

Senior citizens receive $50 off weekly or $25 off 3-day rental (limit one per cabin). Active Duty Military, Afghanistan and Iraq War Vets receive $50 off weekly or $25 off 3-day rental (limit one per cabin). Present customers, you can receive a $25 coupon for any referrals that give us a confirmed reservation. A $100 discount is given for your second visit with us each year. If you make your reservation and pay your total vacation bill, non-refundable for any reason, by May 1, you will receive a $75 discount

Our marine equipment is constantly updated to the latest models. We own 14-foot Alumacraft boats with padded swivel seats, anchors and life jackets. Our outboard motors are Mercury and Mariner 9.9 hp. We have two 20-foot pontoons with a 25 hp motors, life jackets, and anchors. With all of our outboard motor rentals and pontoon rentals all of the fuel you may need to enjoy your vacations is provided free of charge. We also have an excellent dock system, NEW in 2004, for your boat. Dock slips are also equipped with 120VAC for on board battery charging. If you so require we do have a 2800# boatlift that can be reserved to protect your expensive boat investments. We also have LCD depthfinders (depthfinders are included free in the All-inclusive packages) and electric trolling motors available to rent.

We have two tremendously talented local guides that can be booked for full and half day trips. We are a ELS license station and have available for purchase; all fishing and hunting licenses, tackle, bait, ice, soft drinks, candy, water, T-shirts (Lots of Dock Boy Dave's T-shirts), sweatshirts, EXIDE Nautilus batteries, crafts, toys. We also have lots of free local tourism information for food, golf, horse back riding, antiques and crafts, state park hiking and biking trails, flea markets, and much more.

We require a Credit Card $250 non-refundable deposit at the time of your reservation. The balance of your vacation fee is due upon arrival. Groups of two or more cottages will be required to pre-pay ½ of the cabin rental and the fee is non-refundable for any reason. You are responsible for the entire fee for your reservation if cancelled less that 30 days prior to arrival. Plan to arrive after 3:00 PM and checkout before 9:00 am. There will be a $100 cleaning fee added to any unit not left clean. You are responsible for any damage and or repair costs caused by you or anyone in your party.
